Training

For over twenty years, Mr. Scott has conducted workplace training for groups of attorneys, business owners, executives, managers, and rank and file employees.   Training topics have ranged from harassment and discrimination to compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, and from wage and hour issues to the dangers of misclassification of employees as independent contractors.

Mr. Scott is currently helping California employers to meet the state-mandated requirement that experts provide anti-sexual harassment training for all supervisors in businesses with over 50 employees.

As an outgrowth of his successful group training, private and public employers have engaged Mr. Scott for private counseling sessions.   For executives who "just don't get it," Mr. Scott offers private tutoring, tailored to address the specific issues with which the individual executive is having trouble.

Not only do executives respond well to this one-on-one training, but by providing it, employers discharge, in part, their legal obligations to eliminate sources of workplace harassment and discrimination.
