How
does the service work?
- The law firm of Scott & Whitehead will have an attorney who specializes in advising employers on a broad range of employment-related matters, and the review and preparation of employee handbooks, meet with you and your management team to discuss in detail your organization and its personnel policy needs, as well as current laws and requirements.
- Based on the information gathered during the consultation, Scott & Whitehead will prepare a customized Employee Handbook, that is in compliance with all applicable federal and state employment laws, and that meets the needs and realities of your particular organization.
- You will then have an opportunity to review the entire Handbook to ensure that it: (a) reflects your organization’s policies and procedures; (b) contains all of the policies and procedures you want in your Handbook; and (c) is ready for distribution and implementation. If you have any questions, concerns or want to make any changes, Scott & Whitehead will be available for further consultation.
- When your Handbook is complete, Scott & Whitehead will forward to you, in electronic media that you can format as you wish, a final version of your customized Employee Handbook, as well as discuss with you how to best implement your Handbook with both new and current employees.
- Additional forms may be provided, such as an Offer Letter, Employment Application, Timesheet Template and other relevant documents for your use.

- If you have less than 50 employees, the fee for this complete service begins at only $2,300*
- If you have 50 or more employees, the fee for this complete service begins at only $2,650*
